Robert Deignan is a businessman who lives and works in the Miami/Fort Lauderdale area. He grew up in Fort Lauderdale and attended a private, Roman Catholic high school called St. Thomas Aquinas High School. After graduating in 1992 he attended Purdue University in West Lafayette, Indiana. He graduated in 1995 with a bachelor of science degree in business management.
After working for a few years, Robert Deignan became an entrepreneur when he co-founded a company called FanLink, Inc. in 1998. This company offered a way for fans of sports, musicians, and other live events a way to avoid the lines by getting tickets through their phone. About three years later he left this company in order to join iS3, Inc. as their executive vice president. This is a privately held company which develops software applications. This includes antivirus and antimalware products so that people and businesses can keep their computer systems safe.
After working for iS3, Inc., for over nine years Robert Deignan once again launched a new company. It was in August 2011 that he co-founded Inbound Call Experts (ICE), LLC. He is now the chief executive officer of this firm which is headquartered in Boca Raton, Florida. He recently renamed his company as Advanced Tech Support (ATS) Digital Services. He has a call center which provides premium support services to customers of a number of different software applications. His company has been certified by AppEsteem Corp. His company can provide support both over the phone as well as having customers authorize remote access screen sharing.
When talking about what his company offers to consumers, Robert Deignan said that they provide comprehensive support so that they can get the most out of the software applications they own. He saw that his company pretty much did everything that AppEsteem required for certification so he tied up some loose ends and his company became the first one have a call center certified. He wanted others in the tech industry, such as security firms and software vendors, to know that using his company’s services was a very good choice for them.
